Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Postal Service Mail rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on the "check out" button. If you don't already have an account setup with the TRNW E-Store, you will need to create one. The available shipping options will be displayed once your shipping address has been determined.

Additional shipping charges may be added to all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other International destinations.

Delivery & Lead Time
Products sent via Standard delivery typically ship within 1-2 business days. Express shipments are sent within 24 hours of receipt if ordered before 8 AM PST. We will notify you if a product is out of stock and/or if it will take longer to ship.

Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving Texas on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Approximate Shipping Schedules
Standard 2-7 business days for domestic U.S. shipments, and 2-3 weeks for all other destinations. Express shipments are delivered within 3 business days for U.S. Shipments and 5-10 business days for all other destinations.

Shipping Zones
We ship most items world-wide using either UPS or USPS. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, or if additional shipping charges will be applied, we will notify you immediately. Please be sure to provide the correct contact information.

We cannot send items from the same order to different locations.

We can ship to U.S. territories, and to APO and FPO addresses with USPS.

If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, he/she will be responsible for the cost of shipment.

Items that are Out of Stock:
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.

If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
