Membership Tour A604 Rebuilding Tips

A604 Case This is a 41TE in a 3.3L Chrysler Voyager 2004 with 100 miles on clock!! Failure code was 1776 " solenoid switch valve latched in L/R position". After I pulled down the valve body, I found the Overdrive acc piston case bore machined only on a 1/2 of surface ( like in the picture ).Otherwise, the O/D acc piston teflon ring was broken, and the piston was blocked in the bottom of the bore.Maybe will be usefull for somebody.
