What we do on a rebuild:

It could really be called remanufacture: Make as new or better then new.

Why?

Because they are completely gone through. New bushings, gaskets, seals, clutches, hard parts as needed, internal electronics and a reman converter, also getting updates, and shift kits that improve durability. Plus a complete scan of the engine and transmission circuits after installation.
