TRNW-2: 6l80 sonnax tehcm

We have used over 150 of them.  I recall one being bad and it was an intermittent no start on the park circuit and another with No line rise.  We have seen as Dan Hogan mentioned the films not vacuum testing and we have to redo them before installing them.  Just look the films over before you put them in.  I think Sonnax is on this issue with the films.

Thanks. I asked because I put one on and have tcc shudder now.
The converter was changed and it still shudders. I'll post what the problem was when it's fixed.

We use them, however watch the switch films as it doesn't look like they do what they advertise (re-use films and seals) and appear to have inexperienced people putting the switches together.  Rolled seals, buckled films.

We have received more than three requiring us to re-do or send back for replacement BEFORE install.

No performance issues in any overhauls, but check the units prior to install.
