TRNW-2: UA80F U881F Locked up?

Based on Pat's experience and my research, an exploded gear train seems
like a good possibility. On the one we have here used units were the same
cost as a dealer unit, dealer units were not available. Parts for the unit
were very expensive but available from Toyota in a 3-5 day time frame.
Transtar did the converter R&R, 250 & little more than a week turnaround
time.
