I will second Jason at Keyworks. Guy is awesome, easy to get ahold of,and resonable. Just fixed a Mini Cooper ECM for me dirt cheap.
That said,Flagship one has a bad reputation. But that hasn't been my experience. They got me a Chrysler ECM quite a while back when I got the run around a couple other places. The first one didn't work,it took time but they made it right. I don't remember the exact application but there were just no ECMs anywhere to be had. I have got several from them since (Mostly Chrysler) with no problems, and still use them if I can't get anything locally.

Autoecms is a good reman pcm company, had great warranty response and service. My more recent preferred source is Jason Anthony, keyworks in richmond, va he does send it in for repair work. Very fair and reliable, plus you get confirmation on the fault because he diagnoses and fixes your unit.
