Hi Dan,
I was in the same boat a year and a half ago with a 2015 RAM. My understanding is there is no legal way to fix the transmission tune if the tune is locked. If by chance, the tune isn't locked, Brandon a PoNH would be able to help you. He is very knowledgeable.
If the tune is locked it gets tricky. You might have to send your customer to a custom tuner that is willing to fix it. Good tuners are in the minority.
Multiple tuners will use that knob so I can't say whose tune or device it is.
If, somehow, you can get a better tune with higher psi, that would be ideal.
You might want to give Pepe a shout as he is an expert on these.

Group,I have a 2020 68RFE that has 80,000 and burnt the ODs up shortly after the def was deleted. We rebuilt the transmission and noticed the Desired Line PSI commanded 170 in Drive at a WOT stall. I've been told anything over 160 suspect the transmission has been tuned. When we rebuilt it we added a Transgo OD pressure plate to up the clutch count. We Sonnified the pump with TCC valves that were worn, and did our normal OH that included a Sonnax swtich valve ream. Anyway with it back in the truck we notice this truck is loaded with HP. It has a knob on the dash that has 1-5 setting, and on the 5 it is way more HP that I feel our transmission can take. It also seems the shifts are too quick. I wish I could just program it back stock, but that would mess up the delete. So what are you guys doing in a case like this? Is there a way to program the TCM part of the PCM back to stock? This being a 2020 doesn't the PCM has to be unlocked to tune or is that just and HP Tuner way? Does anyone have a clue what programming uses a rotary knob that has 5 settings? I try to avoid these type jobs, but this one slipped in on us.Dan Tucker This message was sent from the TRNW Technical Discussion Forum (trnw2).
