Is anyone else having problems programming a GM today with Techline Connect?

It seems like the J2534 wrapper they made me install is corrupt or 
something. ???

I get to the final screen for reprogramming and then it sets an error 
saying GDS2 is not communicating with the device. This is after I select 
the module for reprogramming and select the programming options. It 
should start the reprogramming session at that point but it gives me the 
error instead.
