TRNW-2: AC Delco TDS

It fails just after I enter the TUN, but that is not the issue. I tried
multiple times and I am definitely entering the correct TUN number. So I
tried to reprogram the ECM and I get the same error. 'GDS2 is not
communicating with the device'.
What GM is doing here should be against the law!
