TRNW-2: 10R80 low overrunning clutch hub

  I've found confusing names for this piece,  some references call it the
"low overrunning clutch",  some referenced it as overdrive ?   regardless
this is on the back of the pump,  the one on the left in the picture is the
original out of the unit,  when I pull it off the back of the pump all the
little bitty bearings in the skinny bearing under the spring and roller
fell out,  the spring and rollers were good, I've removed them in this
pic,  the one on the left is a brand new one from Ford,  but there is a
height difference between my old one and the new one,  the outer race on
the new one comes all the way out to the edge of the hub,  the original
does not?  It doesn't appear to matter when I install it on the back of the
pump though?

  Just wondering if anyone has run across this before ?
