So far I have only used the Transgo VB kit and damper kit with success. But I have probably done less than 5.
I see they also have a valve/reamer for S4 which I do not have. They must of recently come out with S4 stuff?

i have only used the Sonnax kits on these, the first 2 or 3 I built I had zero issues with, the last two I built I had issues with the clutch control valves causing codes, I never really figured out the cause, as when I checked them after pulling the valvebody they were never dragging or sticking, the two trouble vehicles finally went away, but the next one I build I'm going to use the transgo stuff and see what results I get, surprisingly the transgo stuff is more expensive, at least initially, and its usually the other way around ?

We like the Sonnax acc, BUT if the bore is worn badly we go with the Transgo. AFL are bad to wear and we use transgo. Sometimes we just put a valvebody on it, if we have it in stock. They sure make a bunch of different valvebodies and the $1,000 core is crazy on stocking 10 different ones.

Sidney,

Been using the Transgo kit here with good success. Solenoid accumulator bores seem to be the sore spot here. They sell tooling separately.
