TRNW-2: 19 Ford 10R80 help or questions

Hello everybody, hope you are surviving the heart. Have a 19 F150 with a
3.5 Ecoboost. 74k on the odo. Customer was complaining about harsh shifts.
No codes in either the engine or transmission. Sold them and installed a
new VB. I haven't entered the solenoid strategy as of yet. Most of the
Fords for me have driven out. What I've noticed now after some windshield
time is 3rd and 5th are noticeable. If it makes a 1-3 shift, not to bad.
But a 1-2-3 shift and 3rd sucks. Very bumpy. Going into 5th is ALWAYS
noticeable, up or downshift. I've only been into a couple of these, and the
1 with a bad drum was shifting poorly. Any thoughts as to what might be
going on are appreciated. As always, thanks for taking the time.
