TRNW-2: 6t40 techm dead apparently

   We looked at the pins, nothing wrong there,  the 6L techms come from
Hetrick's people usually, at least the reman/refurbished ones do,  I know
his right had man Todd is supposed to be continuing on with the techm
remanning operation, but they aren't going to do the Bells or stators
anymore last I heard

   This was new GM , nothing wrong with it I saw when I opened it, and it
had never been opened before I got it
