TRNW-2: 6t40 techm dead apparently

[Steve Everett]

   it had a p0601 before was the main reason we were replacing the techm,
I wondered about a correlation between the two,  but haven't had time to do
a deep dive into it , as I've got units to build and there is no diag guy
here to help me
