TRNW-2: 6t40 techm dead apparently

I don't know, I've got to dig into this more, I had no problem
downloading the original program, and no issue uploading it onto the new
techm, I don't know if HP Tuner would recognize a corrupted program or not
? this may be a case of just something weird occurring ? but I'd like to
try and figure out why this happened, so it doesn't happen again , I've
cloned more 6t70's than I have 6t40's , I had an issue one time trying to
clone a 2011 6t40's program onto a new GM techm , it loaded, and it worked,
but it had some issue I don't remember, it wasn't right at any case, and
I was told the later techm was configured differently than the early 2011
and it required updated software, the programmer loaded the updated
software and all was well, at any rate I didn't kill that techm, it just
had the wrong software,

In my case now the vehicle was a 3rd gen 2017, and I was using a new GM
techm ?
