TRNW-2: Gray Jack HJ1000 Handle pump seal

We have 3 Gray jacks and we all know they are the best.  We have to replace the handle pump plunger seal about ever 10 years.  It stinks that the only way we can get the seal is to buy the kit.  The kit is 175.00 which is ourragoues when all we need is the one seal.  We have about 5 kits in stock with that one seal missing.  So my question does anyone know of a source to buy just the handle pump white seal?
