TRNW-2: 10R80 Ford valve body damage

We’ve sent a few back for broken or bent solenoids. They all appeared to
have good packaging so we figure it was damaged before packaging. No push
back from our dealer yet. I’ve heard from many salespeople over the years
that “this is the first defect ever”.
