I was a preferred center with them (basically all that meant is my name was
on their website) for about 3-4 years.
They were getting progressively harder to deal with and they declined 2 of
my rebuilds and wanted to send remans. Thats when I totally separated and
decided not to take warranties anymore. Why should I jump through hoops to
install a reman? I'm here to make rebuild $ not scraps that any repair shop
can do. f%$# that.
Our shop has more work than we can ever handle and I am always busy. No
reason for me to waste time and jump through hoops for payment when I can
just make 2 phone calls to a regular retail customer. We are in demand
right now, no reason to have to kiss someones ass to make a few bucks.
