Thanks Art!  Quote is fitting for EXPO week!  Yes Pat, I just got back from EXPO.  One of my personal favourites in years!

ATRA had a few round table discussions asking attendants what the industry needs and how they can help draw new, young blood into the industry.  Soooo many great suggestions from businesses that are already employing several under 30 employees.  I haven’t seen that many young technicians in attendance in years!  Sunday morning’s round table discussion included several mid twenties employees talking about what drew them to their current shops and gave their own suggestions as well.

ATRA will always have their issues, but so does everybody else.  I look forward to the annual seminars and EXPO every year for what they bring and, even more so, chatting with everyone else in attendance.  I learn just as much, if not more from chatting in the halls and over drinks.
