TRNW-2: 42rle never goes past partial lockup

We always grind a couple thread off the original bolts, on all Mopars! 
learned that lesson many years ago on a Jeep 904C with the 2.8 and the 
West German converter. It was a bench job and the customer installed the 
wrong bolts, but they looked correct. After R&R 2 times, I left the 
converter setting on the floor overnight and saw fluid had leaked out of 
it and found that the converter bolts had dimpled the front so bad that 
it had actually punctured the front!
