Thanks everyone, I happen to have an 8F here too! I am wondering if it is tied into the stop/go oil circuit as this has an electric pump bolted to the bottom of the bell housing?

I don't know that I have built a 6f50 as late as a 2020? but having
built many of them I have never seen a checkball in one other than
in the valvebody, and definitely never one that big ?

Hi all,

I have the above unit here, been apart for about 6 weeks and
wanting to confirm the position of a 19 mm checkball. Pretty sure
it sits between the case and the oil pump where the double booted
seal is. It fits inside the larger of the two holes in the case.
Is that correct? About to bolt the housing together and can’t
find any info on its location.

Many thanks, Deane
