TRNW-2: 6R80, rebuild minimums

Good idea.  If they measure close to the spec, I'd do it.  Back when
quality and price weren't the issue they are today every job got an
overhaul kit.  Nowadays you install parts that cause problems, and cost a
fortune!  Everyone in the supply chain wins.  We and the customer get
screwed!
