TRNW-2: 10R80 teflons

Good day.  I have done several of these units and only changed the 1 ring
that pops out when the sleeve moves in the CDF drum.  This trans drove out
really weird during the diag. test drive and data collection.  It air
checked really bad during teardown, which is nothing new.  The ring that
pops off all the time was still in place but a little funny looking.  Got
together on the bench and it won't air up at ALL!  I know the drum is tight
because I made a tool for that.  So, I get to looking and it seems that ALL
the rings have shrunk about .010".  I've got a dealer 002 kit coming in the
night box so we'll see in the morning if it's true.  Has anyone
experienced this yet?
