TRNW-2: 6L hp tuning

   If its a vehicle that drives around the city/town the majority of the
time, I will change lockup to 40mph in 4th gear,   also if its a truck that
hauls equipment and drives around town sometimes I'll do the same thing,
otherwise I set them to lockup at 45mph in 5th , but realistically I could
make them all lockup at 40mph in 4th and they would be fine
