I talked with Marcin and he thinks the clutch probably has some glazing and would warranty it out. I dunno, fluid is mint, no smell, no debris and bright red. He did say they prefer Dex6 or Mobil HP fluid for these. I used full synthetic that I have been using for years here from our supplier Golden West. But I did tune the problem out, no more shudders. If I ship it out with this tune, I will change the fluid to what he recommends. I was hoping someone on here who has adjusted the TCC pressure tables on this unit or others would know if this is too much of an increase. Basic tune is, no TCC 1-3 and no TCC under 40 mph ever in any gear. That made a huge difference but still had a shudder here and there. So I increased the TCC Pressure tables to this, DESIRED PRESSURE 15 percent, MAX PRESSURE 20 Percent and the APPLY RAMP Positive Side 20rpms up 105 Percent. I don't think that is too much pressure but was hoping someone might know. It does drive great now, no surging, apply is still nice and soft and slip rpms hold good in lock up. I am not sure how much MAF readings adjust line pressure like the 4L60s but I did verify this MAF pulls 230 grams/sec wot 1-2 shift so it looks like its reading good.
