TRNW-2: forscan help

I haven't seen that exact issue but I have had issues using Forscan on 
stuff 2020 and newer. Sometimes you have to go with FJDS.

With that said, they have changed their licensing recently and you have 
to apply for a new license every few months or so. I would suggest 
downloading the latest version of Forscan if you haven't already.
