TRNW-2: 68RFE broke input

I have seen it several times in my years, even billet shafts broken off in
very expensive torque converters.  The broken pieces will get lodged into
the torque converter and many times you will not get it out.  The shaft
will damage the pump also at times.  When I see that, they pay for all
those parts, no warranty, but all my deleted and tuned guys know how I
warranty them, it's very limited.
