TG appears to have the better solution for this trans and you get more for your money.  Trans tuning will improve your reliability and driveability, but can require more hardware or locating individuals to unlock the TCM used in later years T87A T93 controlled units.

These can be fixed, but requires some extra work.

Is this really enough to get this trans fixed ?  I've heard that someone very respectable says "this trans can't be fixed" I Don't need to risk a 4.8 Google rating trying to fix something that isn't going to last.  I don't give 3 year warranties anymore because I hope to hang it up in 4 years.  But I want my work to last for the sake of the people.
