TRNW-2: 4L60E 3-4 shift time error

   I would expect shift times to be around .35 to .40,   the .9 seems way
too long in my opinion.   if its got 150k or more on the miles it needs a
new Delphi or AC Delco mass air flow sensor,  that will shorten up the
times,  if you want to verify it,  just unplug the MAF and then drive it
and see how the shifts feel ?
