TRNW-2: UI51E valve body question

I quit building them. Had my ass kicked too many times. I stay away from reman valve bodies unless I get into a bind. Getting a Warranty code and dealing with sending things back/getting credit gets old quick. Valve bodies/Solenoids are almost always a problem on these. and a NEW V.B./Solenoids are approaching the price of a dealer reman. Life got easier with low mileage used ,or dealer remans. Just my opinion.

We usually use the Transgo kit and replace the SLT and SLU (lockup and EPC) with OEM. Although replacing all of the linear solenoids isn't a bad idea. The OEM solenoids are getting pricey though so a reman valve body isn't a bad option. I haven't had good luck with aftermarket solenoids.

What are you guys doing with the valve bodies on these units? I've seen it recommended to replace all the solenoids with new ones.
That seems expensive. Are the remans any good?
I'm thinking about a Sonnax reman valve body. The b3 brake is roasted on this one. Thanks for any advice
