TRNW-2: 10R80 pump bolts

Funny you should ask that.  2 days ago I did a test with the factory bolts
that you "must replace".  I used a 13mm short 3/8" dr socket to test this
information.  I put the bolt through the socket and put a nut on the other
side.  I clamped the nut in the vise and used a beam style torque wrench to
test.  AT 45 Ft Lbs the nut came out of the vice.  Nothing happened to the
bolt.
