TRNW-2: 10R80 pump bolts

We typically reuse them but put silicone under the washer head. Have broke a few but we have some from factory kits we save just incase. You can feel the ones that are going to break if you play close attention while tightening.

 Funny you should ask that.  2 days ago I did a test with the factory bolts that you "must replace".  I used a 13mm short 3/8" dr socket to test this information.  I put the bolt through the socket and put a nut on the other side.  I clamped the nut in the vise and used a beam style torque wrench to test.  AT 45 Ft Lbs the nut came out of the vice.  Nothing happened to the bolt.
