TRNW-2: E4OD Low Reverse Lip Seals

I think lip seals came before the change from cast to stamped lr hub. Those
95-98  units are always a mixed bag in my experience. We have gotten wrong
clutches, lr seals and vb gaskets on those several times in the past.
