TRNW-2: 10R80 pump bolts

I used to use impacts for tightening everything. Now I use a torque wrench
more and more everyday. Try tightening things up using whatever your
preferred method is, then start rechecking things with a torque wrench and
spec. You might be left wondering how many more loose bolts are out there,
I know I was.
