TRNW-2: 10R80 pump bolts

The silicone was fords idea. If I remember right from a previous
discussion, maybe couple months ago, the early 10r had silicone on the
bolts and si said replace the bolts. Later 10r had the replaceable seals on
the bolts and said they can be reused.
I think Dan Hogan provided early si (2019 revision) info from identifix
saying throw away bolts.I had alldata si (2023 revision) that said replace
bolts or seals on bolts. Both of us were looking up the same vehicle.
