I would be looking at the C and E clutches to start with, they are used for
2nd and 3rd. You will need to determine if this is an 845RE or an 850RE,
they are similar but different. If you are able to vacuum test the
solenoids if it is an 845RE that is good as well. I have not seen the
tooling for the 850RE for doing that. They can be an expensive unit to
rebuild, but very simple to do.
