TRNW-2: Recon TC

We stopped using them here seemed like it was hit of miss, had big problem
with 4r100 and 4r70w found several where the hub was milled cone shaped,
the seal fit snug going over the hub but has about a 0.40 gap between the
hub and seal when it was in the position where it rode
