Thanx to every one, turns out my core was no good, case and planets were destroyed. I did use the valve body just changed the solenoids. Got my problem truck done and delivered today. I guess something in the valve body that I am not seeing doing crazy stuff.

Thanx

Greg

He's planning on using the hardwire connector and electronics.

Yes but 2009-up soft wire harness has a different external connector.

If 2WD watch out. 2 different length output shaft/tailhousing. And yes make sure you have a tailhousing that fits your case. There are also 2WD output shafts with O ring for yoke. 4WD you have to make sure adapter housing will fit your case. Electronics swap no problem.

Good afternoon, I have a 2005 f150 that I want to build a core to get this thing out of here. The core I have is a late model with soft wire internal harness. If i change the solenoids and internal harness will every thing else work. I am pretty sure it will and I think I have done it before but cannot remember.
Thanx
