TRNW-2: Dealer 68RFE Reman Pricing

I’ve been less than impressed on the dealer units I’ve installed or gone
through over the years.

Sometimes it’s the most logical choice but I always explain the warranty is
with the dealer not here.

Recently saw a gm reman 6l that didn’t have a new techm, old dark plastic.
I’ve had 3 ford units that failed catastrophic in the first 1000 miles, 1
blew planets up on the lift. A gm engine burning multiple quarts of oil in
1000 miles, a gm 6t70 that sat at the dealer for a couple months for
warranty work.

Of course our in house built units fail too, I just don’t like how a dealer
unit is held up as “better” in quality or warranty.
