Most Dealer remans ( other than GM ) are rebuilt by outside companies not
the original manufacturer, and supposedly built to manufacturer specs,
the way I look at it is the original unit didn't last as long as it should
, why would you want a similar unit ? if you phrase it that way to the
customer ? most stop and think and realize you're right
