TRNW-2: Carshield

The first problem is getting through to them you will spend hours on 
hold than they will want maintenance records and sometimes pictures of 
the car sides front and back and transmission pan when you drop it. and 
every step of the way is like this you need a lot of patience very hard 
not to lose your cool with them its horrible.
