    We also had the same Bad Experiences with the Warranty Company's EXCEPT a Company call Total 360. It took less than 20 min's to get approved & Paid in Full. They actually approved a amount of almost $300 more than the Invoice was for. I was completely shocked. That company was a please to deal with. This was the 1st time we have had any dealings with them.

i delt with them few years ago they denied a rebuild and took weels to get a unit and never got paid...also delt with reliance and they are even more shady, they called the customer told the her that i said i didnt want to rebuild the unit but rather them(reliance) supply a reman unit after i had already talked to the customer and explained to them that i didnt want to install one of their reman unit, then then they denied that they told her that after i hang up the phone with her after they just talked to her! it then took about a weel or longer to get paid, they kept rejecting my tickets saying that my ticket didnt match theirs(of coarse not because im the one doing the work and know how the ticket needs to be written) so i had to make an exact copy of their ticket which didnt make any since at all but it was written as to cover them from any liability...cant remember if its car shield or reliance but had one more interaction where they recommended me to the customer and ee went around and around on the phone for several days before i told them just forgot it is wasnt interested interested in doing ANY more warranties so we stopped doing warranties, best decicion ever!
