TRNW-2: 66RFE And 68RFE Pump Failure Identification

Vacuum testing, seems like the gas units are more salvageable than the
diesels. On diesels I figure new oe pump & new oe vb on every one. Gas
units we've been able to fix everything with transgo tools and parts.
