TRNW-2: Tech line connect issue

[Ranco Transmission]

I had the same problem yesterday and this morning. I spent a hour and half
on the phone with tech support and he took over my computer and remotely
fixed it.   Not sure what the problem was but he uninstalled and
reinstalled the software a couple of times before the issue was resolved.
