TRNW-2: Tech line connect issue

Ok looks like we had the exact same issue.  Somehow when it updates that file is not uploaded.  They uploaded it manually and we are back up.

I had the same problem yesterday and this morning. I spent a hour and half on the phone with tech support and he took over my computer and remotely fixed it.   Not sure what the problem was but he uninstalled and reinstalled the software a couple of times before the issue was resolved.

Everything working good on my end. It did an update before opening up the techline. Other than that, everything is good.

Check if your laptop is up to date on updates.
