TRNW-2: 42rle never goes past partial lockup

Did you do the EMCC reset? I believe when you do, it won't go to full
lockup until the torque converter clutch is "broke in", I quit doing
this feature years ago because I figure most converter rebuilders are
using a use clutch anyway? And I had converter shudder problems when I
did it?
