TRNW-2: 42rle never goes past partial lockup

     There were no codes of any kind in the system, which is another reason
I assume the computer is commanding what is going on ?   I did not do an
emcc reset myself,  I'll have to ask the diag guy if he did that prior to
me getting involved in it,  to answer someone's question I don't believe
either scanner we used gave us the option of a tcc slip speed ?  but I'll
double check that after I get the valvebody back on the vehicle
