TRNW-2: 8L90 Check ball controversy

Seen it Dan. I just put back whatever it had, not sure of the reasoning. I
have also seen the lower VB with either 2 or 3 balls. It was explained to
me that if it had the "cat eye" on the plate , it didn't matter whether the
ball was there or not.
