Is that the same Jimmy Taylor from Alaska?

FJDS is now a total joke. I installed 132.04 and was able to reprogram
the DPS6 I had that we replaced the clutch and TCM on. That was first
thing yesterday morning just before my 3-day subscription was expiring.
I had been trying to reprogram this thing for 3 days while Ford's server
was down. Maybe they switched to a different server and that's why they
needed to update the software again. Never the less, I needed to
reprogram another Ford later in the day. I figured my 3-days was up but
tried to login to FJDS again anyway. It logged in fine but when the FJDS
program tries to open I get an error that says, "Unable to Start FJDS.
Error Code 0".

I went back to purchase another subscription and it hit me. If we buy 9
more 3-day subscriptions at $120 each, we just paid enough for the one
year subscription at $1,200. We program way more than 10 Fords in a
year. So it only makes sense to buy into the 1-year deal. So I purchase
the 1-Year subscription. I go back and try to login to FJDS. Same thing.
Unable to Start FJDS. Error Code 0.

I rebooted my computer. Tried removing the software and re-installing it
for the 5th time. Nothing works. And it's past their support time since
they're on the east coast.

When I looked at my subscriptions, it still showed the 3-day expiring
that day but it didn't show the time that it expires. Never the less,
it's expired but it's still there. Then it listed my 1-year subscription
below that. I am thinking their software was seeing the expired
subscription and failing the login without recognizing the new
subscription. I just checked this morning and it only shows the 1-year
subscription. Hopefully I can reprogram again.
